RBLI Employment Solutions

RBLI provides employment, training and support for people, including those with disabilities, plus care and support for ex-Servicemen, women and families.

Employment Solutions helps around 2000 people every year by delivering free, back to work programmes and in-work support to people with health conditions or disabilities regardless of their service connection. We are passionate about helping people who want to return to work but are challenged by a health condition or disability. Each year, we help hundreds of people find and retain work, working with employers and other agencies to ensure that the transition to employment is an ongoing success.

We deliver Pathways to Work, WORKSTEP and Work Preparation across the UK in: Kent, Essex, Hertfordshire, Surrey, Sussex, South West and the North East.
