Meeting Room Hire

Whether it’s training, a seminar, an interview or a board meeting, we can help you create the right impression.

We have three meeting rooms:

• our boardroom which seats 10
• our conference room which seats 18 (35 theatre style)
• our new IT Training Suite with 14 PCs

The meeting room and board room are air-conditioned and come with internet and telephone access, an overhead projector and a whiteboard.

The IT Training Suite (PDF, 216kb) has an interactive projector/smart board and 14 PCs with a range of software. There is also the opportunity to install other software licences for specific training applications.

A range of catering and equipment options is available for all rooms.

We are fully compliant with the Disability Discrimination Act (new window) and lift access is provided to all floors.

There is also an informal meeting area near reception that may be used free of charge by clients.
